Under Troy’s leadership, HCJ Pool Services has achieved and maintained three of the pool industry’s most rigorous certifications: the Certified Pool and Spa Operator (CPO) designation, the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Certified Pool and Spa Service Technician certification, and the PHTA Certified Pool and Spa Maintenance Specialist certification.
